A retired faculty member with full-time and adjunct roles at several institutions, Thom specialized in leadership and the development of emerging leaders, healthcare operations, management, and international healthcare delivery. He held leadership positions in faith-based, for-profit, and not-for-profit healthcare organizations, navigating complex organizational systems while upholding Christian values. Thom holds a doctorate and master's in health administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University.
As a dedicated spiritual guide, published author, conference speaker, and executive coach, Thom serves at Park Cities Presbyterian Church (PCA) in Dallas, Texas, actively involved in the Men's Care Ministry walking alongside men as they deepen their faith, public and private integrity, find spiritual renewal, and pursue Christ-centered lives.
After multiple career moves, he and his wife of over 40 years have planted roots in Dallas, Texas, embracing this season of life to invest in the lives of others.
